Hi, i install Windows Embedded POSready 2009 on my grandmas computer. I have noticed that on boot it hangs the taskbar and after a minute or 2 the computer itself beeps and then everything starts to load.

I have done a clean boot no 3rd party programsor services were running and it still did it so that lead me to believe that it is some kind of hardware. The computer does not have much hardware but i think that it might be the TV Card that it has. And i think the only other card it has is a sound card.Could that be the problem?
